I have OCD since childhood but it got worse 2 years ago when I moved abroad for studies tremendous amount of worry. But since last months I have these symptoms:
1. I am getting weird looks from people when I get lost in thoughts, colleague of mine told me I move my head and facial expressions in very weird way. I was really unaware of this until pointed out then I tried to control this but I am not able to control movements fully. It is not tic.
2. Setralin dose worked for a month , I felt really calm, I did not get any looks from people or didn't lost into thoughts.
3. Now I am at max dose 250 mg,can feel no effect of medicine and getting weird look from people sometimes. You might think I am being conscious or thinking too much but it's not the case.
4. I am doing really weird head jerking when I am lost into the thoughts in public or doing important task.
Is it metal poisoning?
Or Do you know what's wrong with me or suggest medical tests be done to diagnose?I have insurance.

Hi
Talk about your issues in detail with a mental health professional
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person
All the best
It is almost impossible to make diagnosis based on the information you provided. You need to visit a psychiatrist personally for detail discussion and evaluation then only one can make diagnosis. Based on history if required one can order investigations to rule out other medical problems. All the best
