My girlfriends little sisters mom died commited suicide she is only 7 now and happened when she was 4 her mom's mom the little ones grandma makes her call her mom like she is her daughter she lost is there something wrong with that mentally or would u find this to be ok

hi..i m dr.swati..sometime some people cant rake trauma..that s they started behaving like this...without meeting i cant say whther it is normal or not...
