My brain doesn’t work sharply. I forget too much things. I can’t remember my academics works etc. I am very much stressed because of this. I am inactive. How would I get out of this situation?

The excessive stress reduces the mental capacity of the person. You can try to improve your diet, sleep and use mnemonic to learn better. Also try meditation and breathing exercise to improve your memory.
