Hi I suffered from hypokalemia two months before recovered properly and after 2-3 weeks gap I started getting some muscular pains and dyspnea which really horrified me since those muscular pains were in chest area. I am getting headaches after that anxious situations which is lasting still today. My headache is not at all severe but I feel very awkward and thoughtful about my health and worry. I had clear MRI in Sept month during hypokalemia. I want to know whether yoga can help me ease from this situation? Since I am taking migraine medications which i don't think really I need😔. Please help me!!! I feel anxious even when I get mild stomach pain which is not a big issue.

Hello well I need to know if you are a book in India is connected as the symptoms of anxiety and muscular pains is related to it... hypokalemia will have symptoms related to muscles as well as cardiac issues so please consult the physician for it and you also need to get your potassium levels checked secondly if you don't have migraine then I don't understand the point of you taking migraine pills you are not clear in what you are asking thank you
