How can i reduce my anger and depth of thinking about any topic? i get very much angry most of the times. and i feel like killing myself or the people around me. i am getting mad.

U need to calm urself next time you get angry. Just avoide the situation, go out of room. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, count backwards from 50 to 1.
