Mesenteric lymphadenitis
I have been getting recurring stomach aches from past 1 year. Initally the doctors termed it as gastroenteritis. But because of frequent pain, I went for an ultrasound.i found that I have mesenteric lymphadenitis sizing 0.6cm × 0.9cm. what is the next step of diagnosis?

Need to consider ulcer dyspepsia.  USG finding is not significant.  Consult a gastroenterologist.
