My daughter has been diagnosed with mesenteric lymphadenitis in right abdomen measuring 19.7mm
She is suffering from too much abdomen pain. Six months back a scan was taken as she had pain but nothing showed up and todays scan this is there.
Is this something to worry about, And what is the treatment.
Does she need to undergo surgery?
I have attached the scan for referal
Please guide as i am really worried.

We would like to give her a course of antibiotics if not reduced then we would have to rule out TGive her a course of metrogyl and cefixime for this u would have to consult
