I m a civil service aspirant i cant use my time effectively.. if i started studying i feel lazy sleepy ...sometimes totaly uncomfortable

Complete your sleep, take a break of 10 minutes to refresh your mind after 45 minutes. Go for a walk or jog everyday. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables not junk food. Sit at the table and study, remove all distractions while studying. Whenever sleepy, you might be feeling demotivated. Remember the reason why you are aspiring to write the exam and tie it to your personal values.
