Metastatised uñtreated oral cancer

Thank you dr Sourav mishra ONCOLOGIST. My SYMPTOMS ARE OF METASTASTISED UÑTREATED ORAL CANCER. Burning anus always, little BROWNISH urine in drops only. Watery dysentery like stools, and bloating If stomach even though no food is taken. Kidney area painful After cancer had reached 18 months., I have been experiencing these symptoms since 2 months. Definitely those are metastastised oral cancer Please help me. FULL FLEDGED METASTASTISED UÑTREATED UNDIOGNOSED ORAL CANCER
