Middle chest and back pain
My upper middle back felt like something was off and off and on pain to breath in 1 hr later eatting dinner hurt to swallow felt like food was a massive ball going down. Now back and chest right in the middle hurts hurts to breath in to turn and all and to swallow saliva feels like big ball of pain and heartburn like heart rates resting is at 105 99% spo2 lvl heavy heavy smoker this last yr so don't know crack rib or worse sternum or just lungs hurt on heavy smoking night last night
