Middle chest uneasy
I feel very uneasy in middle of chest. No pain. Feels slight heavy and i feel that i am imbalance. I have undergone ecg echo tmt tests recently and all were normal. I have gastric issue sometimes. This feeling is scary. I feel that heartbeat has changed. Pl guide, what it is. I am very troubled. Chest pressure comes and goes. Sometimes feels slightly out of breath. Can do household tasks easily. Ran 600 mtrs in the morning too without any difficulty. But all of sudden this unusual feeling comes from the middle of the chest, makes me very frightened.  Plz reply
