  4. Middle left side back pain. Rest now!

Middle left side back pain
I have mild disc bulge of L4-L5 & L5 -S1 discs causing thecal sac indentation. No nerve roots compression.. and I am taking Nervofit tablet and gaba 300. Tablets from the past one week but I did not get cured.. please suggest me what to do. And I am taking bed rest now

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Second opinion on MRI. If no significant compression, then go for physiotherapy. But if there is nerve root compression, then go for surgery. Physiotherapy will not help, may make worse.
