Might be fungal infection.
I am having itching on scrotum and penis with small many of pimple like bumps, and also from bottom of scrotum to thigh like a strechmark which is dark red in colour. Sometime these bumps disappear and other time come in few numbers than in large numbers than again disappear. Please help what is this and how to cure?

Hello, it is fungal infection.joke itch.consult a skin specialist. Till than lactocalamine lotion n betnovate n in ,3:1 RATIOtwo apply locally after bath on effected area.or coconut oil and camphor like twety ml twenty flaks to put in sunlight it dissolve, apply on effected part.tab montuklcone at night for seven to ten days.
