Migraine pain
My wife is suffering from migraine. Usually before pain start her vision got blurred and then severe headache start on either side of head generally on the upper side not on forehead. Some time she vomited 4-5 times during pain. She like dark and silence during pain. Pls advice

Yes it is migraine. First of all identify her triggers. It can be food or exertion or being out in the sun for long or lack of sleep. These are the most common triggers. Next she will need detailed evaluation before being started on migraine prophylaxis for 3-6 months
