Looking at his age..if the headache is a symptom of recent onset then it will require some basic workup. But if it is a known case of migraine then probably a single tablet of Naprosyn and domperidone as well as a longterm prophylaxis will be needed depending on frequency of headache and its limitations.
Next Steps
Get Tablet Naxdom for headache. to be taken at the time of headache. If headache is of new onset, get CT Head done. Also get blood pressure checked and routine eye checkup.

Before treatment I want to know about the history 1. How often he gets the attcaks 2. Is he taking any medication pls tell me what ? 3which side of head is paining 4 was it from childhood or recently developed
