Hello, Left bundle branch blocks can be there without any problems. Your echo and angiogram are normal so nothing to worry and no treatment needed for this. Just keep doing echo and ecg every 2-3 years to see any changes in LVEF. For now relax and don’t worry. Take care. Stay Safe
