Mild discomfort in abdomen
I have been having mild discomfort in the right side of my abdomen for last 3 weeks. A very very mild pain that comes for about 1-2 seconds and go, mid of abdomen or in lower abdomen right side. Have taken ultra sound and everything is very clear. Doctor checked lymph node and they r very normal and not swollen. So he didn't even prescribe any medicines. I don't know what this issue is. I have never had it before. My appetite and motion is very normal too. Is it some sign of some serious issue like cancer or some STDs? Is it a sign of something. Plz guide me
