Mild fever, dry eyes and headache

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am having mild fever, heavy head and dry eyes for two days. And also feeling sleepiness. This is getting better without any medication but comes back again after weeks. Last time i had my blood check up which was all normal. The Test includes widal test, rapid malaria, dengue IgG+IgM which was negative. Thanks

How many hours are you using your mobile phone or other screens? You might have dry eyes due to that. See an eye specialist around you for prescription or consult through private chat. Till then just limit screen time and when using, turn on night mode or use blue light filter. See the difference!! For immediate relief, use some ice pack over eyes and forehead. Also learn some eye exercises. All the best!
