Hello...I m having 99.4 to 100 fever from past three days ..without any other symptoms like cold cough...I m feeling weekness..plz advice what is the reason..any test needed..

There could be many reasons for recurrent fever. And according to present scenario Covid-19 is most likely. Need to know a detailed history regarding any contact with covid-19 patient alongwith other history to rule out any other cause. Beside that, some blood investigations need to be done as well.
