Mild fever with join pain
Patient is under treatment of fits from last 6 yrs and also for high BP. Last time fits occurred 6 yrs back. Current medication added for high uric acid in blood . Suffers from mild fever less than 100 F often. After medicines it goes off but occurs again within a span of 2-3 months.

HELLO, TABLET DOLO650 HALF OR ONE TABLET ROUND THE CLOCK THREE TIMES A DAY. TABLET  AZITHROMYCIN 500 ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. O.K, BYE.
