Mild free fluid in pod

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, i was facing lower abdominal pain, back pain,lengs pain then as per my doc did ultrasound report showing mild free fluid in pod..my doc gave me 14 days antibiotics as well as 5 plecenta injection. I got some relief. But I am still having pain in pelvic area mostly left vaginal pain n just upper area of vigina in left. Pain is not lyk before by still feel pain with lower abdomen muscles pain littlebit. Now ma doc says may b there is some nervs pain. Pls suggest.
