Mild heptomegaly with fatty liver grade1
I have mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade 1 And my urine colour also some time CM little bt dark yellow I consult my physician they suggested Himalaya live52 ds syrup for 3 month do exercise, avoid fatty food, junk food, outside food, .what can I do now (and I don't know it alocohalic or non alcoholic fatty liver) I drink alcohol 2 to 4 time in a month .

[ ] Fatty liver can be due to alcohol intake or due to obesity ,can be due non Alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Generally these are reversible if care taken means need to do physical exercise , need to decrease weight. Quit alcohol if being consumed. There are some medicines which boost up liver and helps in regaining function of liver , advised when required. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this.
