Mild hydrocele
I have mild hydrocele in my right testis since last 10 years. Though it is not increasing but recently I am having a little pain. Do I need surgery or can it be cured with medication.

Pain should not be there. If it's painful it's better that you consult a surgeon personally and let them opine further treatment.
