Mild Hydronephrosis in Left kidney
I have recently gone sonography test and detected with Mild Hydronephrosis with pelvis AP measuring 18.6mm. Will attach a report of that.. How do I treat this and is this serious??

The significance of hydronephrosis needs to be evaluated. We need to know
1. Do you have pain due to that kidney?
2. A Ct IVU and DTPA scan may be required.

More than 1 cm stone in the kidney is an indication for intervention.
For u pcnl / rirs is must.
