Mild lower leg fracture
My granddaughter is 5 years old. 2 days back she fell from swing and got her lower leg fractured. Doctor said to give paracetamol for 3 days. But her pain is not subsiding. So we gave combiflam syrup which controls her pain for 8 hrs but again after that she gets severe pain and she cries and screams a lot. For how many days can we give combiflam? Is there any alternate to reduce her pain without combiflam? How many days will it take to heal? Im attaching her x ray and reports. Can u explain in which bone she got hurt?

Just be watchful for swelling and plaster . And non weight bearing on leg compulsory . You have not mentioned here about plaster given or not . Keep leg elevated and continue toe movements.
