Mild mitral stenosis with no symptoms.
Mild ms with mild tr and trace mr Mva 3 cm2 plainimetry 2.6 cm2 with PHI. Trace mr and mild tr Should i be worry and take treatment about this Lvef is 70 prcnt I have high cholesterol level.

Asymptomatic mild mitral stenosis doesn't require any treatment. At Ur age penicillin prophylaxis is also not required. However do get treated for Ur high cholesterol by consulting a cardiologist

I had already answered this question some days back, opinion is same.. nothing to worry at this time. No medicines required . Just follow up echo every 3 years.
