Mild Neck pain when turning neck.
I have had mild neck pain since 3 days. Hasn't reduced. The pain is on the back side of the neck. So I am confused whether it is a small issue or not.

It may be mostly due to acute muscular strain in lower neck muscles.. Nothing to worry about.. It will subside gradually.. If not relieved by medicines, you may require X ray of Cervical Spine..

You need to start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally..
