Last 05 month I am suffering mild pain in right side abdomen. It was started after abdomen exercise , 24 hours I am feeling burning sansation , mild pain and also swelling , ct scan and Altra sounds also done and normal. I have visited general physician, surgeon and gastoentologist Dr. But problem continue. , when I press right side ,feel pain and tenderness , du to lock down doctor visit impossible. What I do.

As u sad ur pain started after abdomen exercise which means either u did abdomen exercise in a wrong posture or because of over exercise. Then I will suggest you go for lower abdomen X Ray or MRI, to diagnose any internal injury. If there is no internal injury.

1 Take good amount of water
2 Coconut water which can help you release this spasm
3 take a sip of lime soda, while u r taking dinner and lunch. Because gas entrapped may cause this pain.
4 take a light meal.

I would suggest plz consult once again and to all test which are previously done.Because while pressing also pain aggravation occur there might be internal injury...ligament or muscle strain should healed in maximum 1.5 months
Muscular spasm due to poor sitting posture wherein you are probably tilted to the right and front while sitting and using gadgets or other daily activities.
Your history says that your pain started 5 months back and only after doing abdomen exercises. Did you do the exercises in recent past one or two months back?

You can perform needing by using your two fingers 1+2, with a moderate pressure, roll it clockwise and anticlockwise. There can be many possibilities so need to do proper assessment for better results and treatment.
It can be due to muscle strain or stomach infection .or some injury happen if you have done wrong step of exercises.so if you have more pain try using pain'relieve gel or ointment or spray. Do ice pack or hot water bag for 10-15min three times a day.
