Mild pain on left chest

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi,I am feeling a mild pain on left chest side (Not a regular one ) and it seems like pinning pain once in 4-5 days.I get my ECG done which was ok,got done TMT and Echo also where also nothing could be observed.One issue is my LDL is 161 with overall Chol level at 235 but with no diabetic issues. My doc gave me Rozotus 10 mg and Ciplar LA 20.I am doing regular excercise also along with low fat/oil diet. Just want to know whether it is fine or sonething still not ok inside heart?
