Mild sensi neural hearing loss
I have suffering mild sensitive neural hearing loss since last 3 years is there any treatment available for this disease.

Is it sensitive neural or Sensory neural. (It should be sensory neural.) Anyways, generally sensory neural hearing loss is permanent in nature. There are no medicine or operation available. Did the doctor/Audiologist tell you any reason?
Next Steps
Keep regular follow up with Audiologist.  Do Audiometry Test routinely (6 months).
Health Tips
Avoid noise exposure. don't use headphone while listening music. Don't listen music at very loud intensity
