Hello good morning , You are suffering from the pain in the testes on and off at least once or twice in a day and sometimes in the alternative days and at the same time are not producing any pain and swelling. Please try to contact me as I want to get the some details from you so that if the pain is any infective then I can start the medications. Or  you can contact any, urologist or general surgeon. Please nothing to worry you will become normal. .
