Mild upper back bone pain and dry cough since 15 days, Taking thyroid 37.5 mg since 2 years for hypothyroidism . Started taking CALCIROL D3 coe3 syrup . Want to know if this is serious , since its now 15 days

It does not seem to be serious. Take tablet dolo 650mg TDS for 5 days.
