Mild uti since 5 yrs

From past mild uti is there but in urine culture it shoes negative...nw from. 1month pain in back...more pain in genitals. Rectum...abdominal pain...I will get sudden abdominal pain..urgency for motion...pungent smell while urinating

U need to consult a Urologist personally as u seem to have a complex problem. Do note that urine smell is pungent

urine analysis ( not culture) to look for pus cells usg kub full bladder and post void. personal consultation with a Urologist in such complex cases of chronic pelvic pain, it's often found that patients have lot of stress and anxiety...which add to the problem. so u need to consult a psychiatrist too for quicker n complete resolution of ur problem
