A face wash will not be enough to treat milia. It would have to be removed by performing a procedure. However to prevent recurrence a retinoid cream can be used which will decrease the incidence of its formation but it is not a full proof method. Also without examination and confirm mission of diagnosis the cream cannot be prescribed. Hence please get it properly evaluated by qualified dermatologist are you can consult online for the same.
