Milk coming out through nose for newbor

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter born on 12th April born in 34weeks 5days. Till last week she was fine. From last week she has started gaining weight. For past two days after feed sometimes she burps immed on her own sometimes she sleeps off. But after 1 to 2 hrs she becomes uneasy and milk oozes out through nose. She is also passing gas down at the sametime mostly. Kindly suggest us solution...
