Dear parents,
Breast milk follow certain rules,
1There should be positive attitude towards adequate breast milk, if baby is gaining wt. 0.750gmto1kgpermonth.
Then milk is adequate.
2,proper posture & proper sucking is basic for milk production, also
adequate hydration of mother.
3 feeding with one breast till you feel empty, as fore milk & hind milk has different quality, fore milk is watery & hind milk is more energetic as it has more fat.
4 there is no word like less milk, you never measure, before and after, only baby wt. Gain is parameter.
Follow these rules, no need for top milk

If ur baby is gaining weight adequately, passing urine atleast 6times a day and is active cheerful it indicates that ur milk is enough for child.so dont start any formulas exclusively breast feed ur child till 6months. U should also take good calorie diet rest and should b relaxed will improve the feeding.
