Milk powder
I HV 4 months old baby as there was bit less breast milk production in last month is used lactare granules for 2 weeks.it worked well for me in increasing milk production. Can I continue using lactare ? How long can I use this milk? Plz advise

You can take lactare, no issues...but avoid negative thinking, continue BF and check weight of baby weekly..if baby is gaining good weight then BM is enough...so ur anxiety will relieve...

eat whatever you like..you should take atoeast 2700 to 3000 cal per day

You can stop it .please take all regular diet  and enough liquids and all fruits  .That itself is sufficient  for good milk production. Remember what you eat ,the baby gets in a predigested form or simplified form

If milk output is low you can take but if adequate you can stop it Take healthy meals, more milk atleast 1-1.5 ltr, more liquid and fruits. Don’t take stress that will affect milk output negatively.

U can stop it now.. just have adequate vitamins and calorie rich diet.. continue exclusive breast feed till 6months f child age

You can stop these granules now. Eat adequately, so that milk production will be good.
