AT ANY TIME DURING THE DAY IF YOU EXPRESS MILK FROM BOTH THE BREASTS THEN IT SHOULD BE 30 ML. IF THIS CRITERIA IS FULFILLED THEN THE MILK IS ENOUGH AND NORMAL FOR THE BABY. A BABY DOESNT DRINK MORE THAN 30 ML IN ONE TIME

if baby having good urine production,weight gain, normal sleep,then baby getting good milk supply ,have aproper diet with lots of green veggies,fluids, keep yourself hydrated,calcium suppliments, dont start any top feed for baby
