Milk secretion

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My kid is of 3.8 years and i breast fed him till 2.5 years. i stopped feeding 1 year before. till 5-6 months after stopping breasfeed, i was having milk secretion. then it stopped. now again milk secretion started. is this related to some problem? what do i need to do? please suggest

You need to avoid any sort of breast stimulation.. Also just to be on the safer side get USG both breast done along with blood for Prolactin & TSH .. Also require to know whether you are taking some medications as there many drugs which can increase Prolactin level and lead to subsequent breast milk secretion .
