The teeth you have mentioned usually shed by this age. However, as they have not shed as per schedule and the permanent teeth are already erupting, these milk teeth will need to be extracted
Next Steps
Visit a pedodontist or a dentist to get the extractions done and to know if any further treatment is required

The milk teeth will normally fall out by themselves by the age of 7 - 8 years. So there is not much of a concern if the permanent tooth is erupting behind milk teeth. Do not worry. If they do not fall on their own by the age of 9 and the permanent teeth are do not fall into place, you can visit a pedodontist (a dentist for children) or a general dentist for the extraction of the milk teeth.
Next Steps
Stop Worrying. Visit a Pedodontist for opinion.
Health Tips
Do not go for extraction of child's teeth if it is not paining.

Front upper teeth usually shed around 7 to 8 yrs of age. But if you have noticed that new teeth are already seen through the gums and milk teeth are not shaking at all then they need to be removed. If the milk teeth are shaking then you can wait for 10 or 15days for them to shed.
Next Steps
visit a Pedodentist to get the best treatment . and advise if anything else needs to be done later for these teeth or adjacent teeth also.
