I am currently pregnant at 5 weeks 6 days. I usually take 6 varieties of millets based batter for making dosa. And dosa is a stable part of my everyday food intake. Now that I'm in early pregnancy I would like to know if its safe to consume these or should I watch what type of millet is used for the batter. Kindly advice on what I can intake.
