I have just started smoking hokkah from last 5-6 days ani however i am going to stop it now but i am just worried if this 5 to 6 days are gone affect me in any way

Such short duration hookah smoke will not cause any long term damage. still to be sure get a chest xray done and consult a pulmonologist.
