I'm 4 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I had really bad cramping and a gush of blood came out but I haven't cramped or bled since. It only lasted 30 min.

As it's very early pregnancy either get serum beta hcg blood test or ultrasound to confirm that pregnancy is fine or not
