Missed abortion
My wife was pregnant from last 13 months.She gone through sonography and got report that no cardiac activity found in baby. What should we do?

Its 13 weeks, no heart beat means need to meet dr. If this is the 1st ultrrasound then need to wait. If once cardiac activity is there and then gone means need clean.
