Missed period and post which spotting
Hi,Its been 2 and half years that I am married and trying for pregnancy since one and half year.... I had a missed period in the month of April,took a pergancy test which showed negative. Post which I had a delayed period on 22nd of May and instead of bleeding I had  spotting and it continued till date...so basically its been a month I am just spotting. I don't know what is actually going worng with me. I had thyroid tests an year ago and was showing negative. How can I stop the spotting and get my periods on track. Can anyone Please help me out...

This is because of hormonal imbalanced, you need to reduce weight, follow healthy lifestyle,take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits, avoid oily sugary food, do regular exercises, brisk walk for 40 minutes, avoid stress
