  4. Missed period. And all say negitive!

Hi I am 11 days late for my period and am always on time very rarly day or 2 late I have been having like stitch like pains lasting couple or minutes and lower back pain lasting couple of minutes on and off throughout the day I have took 3 tests and all say negitive
