Missed Period
Hi,I have missed my period.My last LMP is on 17th March and after that till now no period.I have done Pregnancy test but it's negative.Taking Himalaya Evecare as per dr prescribed and from last two days mild lower abdomen cramp and leg cramp is there but no period.Its been 14 days passed from my actual date?What shall I do in lockdown situation?

I will definitely advise a serum beta HCG test to rule out pregnancy if you are sexually active.if yes you need to consult a gynecologist and if not you anyway need to consult.thank you

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question If you missed ur regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and result negative. Wait for 3-4 days for periods..then repeat urine pregnancy test if still no periods..

Hi. Repeat the test after 6 days if there are no periods till then . If it is still negative you can take Primolut-  N 5mg twice a day for 5 days .
