Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, Its been 5 days since I have missed my period, I did the pregnancy test using kit at home and it was positive. Now I also wanted to confirm from a doctor. What other tests have to be taken, just curious like blood test , Ultrasound? Or it's too early for ultrasound.
