  4. Missed period. This a sign of pregnancy?

Missed period
I spent some moments of pleasure with my fiance. Due to this I missed my periods I month of february. For protection I took 3-4 contraceptive pills and my periods still not arrived. I want to ask is this a sign of pregnancy??
