My period is 11 days late and i took a test a few days before i missed and it came back negative. im not sure whats going on

Repeat it again.If same finding then reconfirm by Bhcg.It is kind of blood test and done in laboratory.If value is less than normal means no pregnancy.Take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
